Possible Reason: Heat element has failed Solution: Contact Customer Care

Possible Reason: Not enough liquid Solution: Add thin, water-based liquid to the inner pot according to its size

Possible Reason: Quick release button is in the Vent position Solution: Flick quick release button to make sure it is in the Seal position
