Steam gushes from the steam release valve when the quick release button is in the Seal position.

Possible Reason: Noot enough liquid in the inner pot Solution: Add thin, water-based 500mL liquid to the inner pot

Possible Reason: Pressure sensor control failure Solution: Contact Customer Care

Possible Reason: Steam release valve is not seated properly Solution: Flick the quick release button to make sure it is in the Seal position
