Here are the following things you can do turn on your unit:
- Plug in the air purifier.
- Disconnect the AC power adapter from the air purifier and reconnect it.
- Check to see if the AC power adapter is damaged.
- If it is, stop using the air purifier and contact Customer Support.
- Plug the air purifier into a different outlet.
