For deliveries within Metro Manila, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided to confirm if someone is available to receive the order at the shipping address. Tracking details may be provided if your order will be delivered by on-demand delivery services, such as Lalamove or Grab.

For outside Metro Manila, an e-mail containing your tracking details will be sent once it has been booked for delivery.
