Order cut-off is at 7:00 AM on business days. Please make sure that the order has been successfully paid. This can be checked through the e-mail that was used for the order.

Purchases made after 7:00 AM will be processed the next business day. For example, if you order an item at 12:00 PM on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

The standard lead time for delivery from the ship out date is as follows:

Metro Manila – 1 to 2 Working Days Luzon – 5 to 8 Working Days Visayas and Mindanao – 7 to 14 Working Days
