What is the maximum cooking time for Manual?

Manual mode has two options so you can use the one that works best for your recipe.

Manual mode 1: for slow cooking, sous vide or dough proofing at lower temperatures with longer cooking times The maximum time is 12 hours as a safety precaution.

Manual mode 2: for faster cooking, at higher temperatures with shorter cooking times The maximum time is 3 hours as a safety precaution.
